I have used Winn Plumbing & Heating for years...first at my house in Front Royal and yesterday at my home in Strasburg. I have found them to be excellent in the work they do, and they're very respectful of my home. I can't even imagine using another plumbing company. In fact, yesterday morning, I was told I'd have to wait a day for them to get to me, and I just said fine! Thank you, thank you!
I would recommend just based on the courtesy I received. Even though they could not work me into their schedule, the owner called me to let me know. Most places would have ignored the message I left after hours.
The leaking toilet may not have been an emergency, but at that time, it was an emergency to my family. An afternoon phone resulted in a quality repair the following morning at 8 am & performed at a fair price. I highly recommend their services!
