Exceptional Service, Thoughtful Craftsmanship, and True Professionals From start to finish, our experience with Brandon and Chris was nothing short of outstanding. They arrived on time, took the time to truly listen to our concerns, and methodically diagnosed several complicated plumbing issues. Our hot water heater was on its last leg and causing a terrible sulfur smell. Our water softener wasn’t working, and our outdated filtration system was misdiagnosing issues that weren’t even problems. On top of that, a handyman had previously botched a bathroom remodel, and we discovered a gas leak at the manifold—serious stuff. Brandon and Chris handled everything with skill and professionalism. They fixed the gas leak, replaced and upgraded our water system, and fine-tuned everything so that our water hardness went from 4 grains after filtration down to zero—our water has never been this clean. They even tackled a few smaller plumbing jobs for us while they were here, all at a price that was more than fair. What impressed me the most was their honesty, patience, and craftsmanship. They clearly explained what they were doing at every step and never rushed through the work. Their system install not only works beautifully—it looks beautiful. The design is compact, clean, and thoughtfully planned, especially with our future basement remodel in mind. It’s rare to say plumbing looks like art, but theirs does.
