Allan Nicholls and Barbara Gimber are a great pair with whom to work. We love our Custom Building System home (Coral Reef, Rancher). We had plenty of lead time to work with Barbara and Allan on customizing some features of this home such as size, ceiling height, windows, porch, kitchen cabinets, decking and other items. We are truly in love with our home and would not change a thing with it or working with Nicholls Construction. We are halfway through the building of our “forever home”. Thanks to Allen and his team we can not be happier with the materials being used and the attention to detail we are receiving.Update: On a scale of one to ten, with ten being the highest value, we give Allen and his team a score of 15. Every text, every phone call, every change in design requested was responded to quickly and efficiently. We very much appreciate the excellent workmanship our home received while under construction. Boxes in hand, we now move into a home that will provide us with years of comfort and happiness.

We had an outstanding experience with Nicholls Construction. We have been in our home for two years and love it today just as much as the first day we moved in!After searching for several years to find a modular home builder that would suit our needs we finally found Nicholls Construction. Allen, Barbara and Bonnie were very accommodating to our family. We took our own plans and they made our dream come true by turning them into a modular home. Not only is Our house solid as a rock but very well insulated. The proof is in our heating and cooling costs.
