Julia McDevitt, NP is absolutely wonderful. She completed my annual physical with such detail. She actually spent time going in detail about my charts and previous Labs to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns.
My daughter has been seeing Dr Ellis John for 2 years and he has been taking such great care of her. His years of experience and knowledge are present at each pediatric appointment and always is helpful to first-time parents.
Both providers are so knowledgeable and detailed in their work. I am so happy to have such a great clinical team.
We’ve had a decent experience here. But I was surprised to hear they have no way to email paperwork to the office. They asked me to fax paperwork to them. I didn’t even know fax still existed. And they said if I didn’t fax I would have to bring the paperwork in, they don’t have email. That’s insane to me.
They are booked out a while- but then again most places are. If it’s mildly urgent they do their best to fit you in but if they can not people should just go to urgent care or ER. This place is not that kind of service and to expect them to be is absurd. If you only get voicemail when you call the answer is to leave a voicemail. That’s why it was invented. That helps them process us and help us quicker than not leaving a voicemail and complaining because they don’t answer. I have mostly always been treated with compassion and respect.
