HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Complete Carpet Care did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in my brothers house. I was up visiting and they had a scheduled service. The gentleman which serviced us was very knowledgeable on all aspects of not only carpet cleaning but repair as well. If searching around, this would be my first call!
TJ is a magician. He took 17-year-old builder grade carpets with dozens of stains (including cat pee) and made them look and smell almost new. He also gave me guidance regarding what to do with a carpet after a flood in the basement. I've worked with him several times and am more impressed each time. Thanks so much TJ !!!!
TJ was wonderful. He was on time for the appointment, very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a couple options for what we needed done and he finished fairly quickly. Instead of doing a patch repair on our basement landing we opted to just replace the whole landing piece since we had enough spare carpet. He arrived and was completed and gone within 40 minutes. If we should ever need another carpet project we will definitely reach out to Complete Carpet Care. Thank you again TJ!
