Worked in my residential area and they left everything nice and beautiful as before. Were also very polite and considerate of the residents in the neighborhood via noise and mess and traffic flow. Awesome teams!

This young man came out to my home today representing Cox Communications. He was courteous, knowledgeable and really took time to help us understand what was wrong or not wrong. Basically, he was sent out to repair something that didn't need repairing... this is on Cox and the rude man that i spoke with there. He said we needed a new phone modem... no we didn't... but that's neither here nor there, that's Cox's problem. We got to meet Tyri Daniel and he really made his time here a pleasant experience. Kudos to Wcc Cable for having such a valuable employee representing both Wcc and Cox.
