Used this company for a recent hospital renovation and when unforeseen problems came up at the last minute, the owner was very responsive and the entire team adapted to our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.
Our company gives Landis Enterprises LLC a 10 across the board. This past may, we had a vehicle run into the front entrance of our building. Damages included bent railings, broken concrete, shifted frames, tire marks. Richard and his team were responsive and easy to work with. Plus they were able to work with our hours of operations and get their work done with interrupting operations. You guys rock! We look forward to working with this company in the future.
We hired Landis to help us with a flooring job and some drywall repairs. Not only were they professional, they did an excellent job in a timely manner. What would have taken someone else 3 days, they managed in 2!
