Tim came out this morning to check my attic for mold. I am having some roofing repairs done; and when they came to look at my roof and attic, they said I should have someone check it because they thought they saw some mold. Tim got me on the schedule very quickly and just left after checking the attic. He advised there isn’t very much mold and he thought the attic fan being installed by the roofer would take care of it. He didn’t advise any remediation right now and recommended a recheck next summer. He didn’t even charge me for coming out and looking.
