Needed a lift for a construction project and the United team was terrific from the training to equipment procurement to correspondence during the project. Jennifer Dounnaah kept me looped throughout the process. Would highly recommend and use again.

equipment did not work entirely as it should; engine died on any incline; This business did make if right and refunded half of the rental fee and explained that it was a safety feature, and that there was a work-around. It was a slight incline and only happened in one direction, however. Smooth and convenient pickup and return.
