The office staff are professional and friendly. My optometrist office made my appointment and RGW was able to see me quickly. I saw Dr Ali Salman and felt very at ease with his care. I am confident that I will continue to receive good care at this office.
DR BELVINGER IS AWESOME..NOT GONNA LIE I CAN'T STAND ANYTHING OR ANYONE MESSING WITH MY EYES SO WHEN I WAS TOLD BY MY EYE DR THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE HE COULD DO THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE SHOTS OR I WAS GONNA GO BLIND HE FOUND HEMORAGING BEHIND MY EYES PLUS FOUND AN ANURYSIM N LOTS OF BLEEDING PLUS IT DIDN'T HELP THAT I'M ON BLOOD THINNERS DUE TO HAVING OPEN HEART SURGERY... Dr Lee is great and always has been. In recent years, RGW has gotten horrible with wait times. Don’t expect to get out of the office for at least 2-3 hours after your appointment time. I love seeing Dr Lee and he’s a great physician, but the wait times here are getting worse year after year and I don’t see it getting better any time soon. There’s no good reason why everybody who comes in should wait for so long, and it’s a consistent issue not just a one time deal.
