Highly recommend the LAB! The owners, Chad and Rita, are the best people you’ll ever meet and all of the instructors are truly amazing and so dedicated to their craft. My teenage daughter and husband both train there and are absolutely loving it.
The Lab is a fantastic place to train and get fit!! All of the Coaches are amazing and passionate about what they teach. The environment is always fun, family friendly and positive. A great place to train for ALL AGES! I highly recommend anyone looking for fitness, positivity and good friends in their lives to come check out The Lab MMA!!
5 stars for this BJJ, MMA, and self-defense school. The atmosphere at this school is unbeatable - supportive, motivating, and filled with camaraderie. I've found my second home here!
