When our truck died yesterday and we had waited several hours in vain for roadside service from our insurer, we called Sullivan's. They gave us a price and arrived within 15 minutes. Sean the driver called us at home to be sure he had the right destination, then emailed us an invoice to submit for insurance claim. Fair price, quick service, thorough details. I called Sullivan's and Mr. Daniel sent someone out within 10 minutes. My driver, Mr. Raysean, carefully loaded my truck and got me safely home.
