We had a great experience from Spartan Water Damage. Their team was friendly, responsive, professional and communicative in the entire process. Spartan cleanup manager OJ with his crew stripping the basement and installing fans; Rebuild project manager Lidia Machado with her crew Javier (carpet)- Judy-Jose (bathroom tile and vanity installation), and estimator Brad Thompson, were so helpful to navigate the entire process, answering questions, providing documentation to ensure I understood every step. I am very grateful to have had Spartan Emergency Water Removal crew helped with the process of restoring my house after water pipes burst damage.
Each of the crew members (Brad T, Taylor, DJ, Rebecca H, Kelsey, and other office ladies in the office when I called) that helped me, whether in person or over the phone, was timely, professional, knowledgeable, very courteous, patient, and understanding to my array of questions and requests.

Spartan was so responsive and helped us right away with our basement floor, remediation and eventual floor replacement. We are extremely satisfied with their services and they worked seamlessly with our insurance. A shout out especially to Kyle, our rebuild project manager. He was kind, communicative and so helpful. Every subcontractor was excellent as well. I’m glad we chose them, and we love our new floors!
