Jimmy with Southern Spotsylvania Plumbing was seriously amazing. We were stressed about losing our water so frequently and he was so kind from the minute he got here. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, what he found, and what the next steps were. He didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was bothering him with questions or things I didn’t understand. It's rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about the people they're helping. You can tell Jimmy takes pride in his work and wants to do things the right way.
