Recently, the company has shown responsiveness, as seen when they contacted a customer within 5 minutes of a request for a WDI inspection and completed it just 4 hours later. Ryan C. provided professional and friendly service, taking care of all paperwork on-site, which helped the customer send the inspection documents to mortgage representatives the same day. Another technician, Alex, did a great job during a quarterly pest control service. He introduced himself and explained the services he would perform, assuring the customer he would be available for any issues between scheduled services. Alex was thorough in his treatment applications and advised the customer to keep their pet inside for a brief time.
