Recently one of our neighbors had an issue with the cast iron sewer line running from their house to the street, causing thousands in damage and the need to replace the line, which was also thousands of dollars. Since my house was built by the same builder around the same time, I decided to have someone check the line with a camera. Shackleford's responded to my request quickly and quoted me a price that was quite reasonable. They put a camera in the line and checked it out-it turns out that we also have a cast iron sewer line going from the house to the street, but ours was just fine. Our hot water heater sprung a leak, and Julie responded efficiently with a replacement and a professional Technician to install it. John put in the new one, and took away the old one quickly and neatly. Great service by Shackleford's Plumbing!
