Vincent the sales rep for Roof Works of Virginia was super responsive. Arrived at our house the next day to evaluate the scope of the job. Vincent from Roof Works was able to come as soon as the snow had melted to climb onto my roof to determine the source of the leak. Of course, he found it. Then TJ from Roof Works looked over the situation and made alternative recommendations and found other areas in my gutter guard that was causing some of the problems. He was able to fix all the problems and VOILA! no more leaks. Roof Works is a go to place for your roof. I'm so happy with their company, their employees and the stellar work they perform.
