Andy is very friendly, knowledgeable and explained all of the repairs, as well as answered all of our questions. He is a consummate professional. Johno is also great he also handled all of the interactions with the faucet company and requested the replacement parts. He has been great to work with. Best plumbers we have had service our home.
We are cursed with having the plumbing in our home has brass/copper fittings.That means periodically the joints where the fittings are joined, it fails and the pipes leak. This has been throughout the house causing many problems. Right Now Plumbing has helped tremendously in identifying the breaks in the pipes and repairing them. Whether they be under the house or an upstairs bathroom. They respond quickly to alleviate water damage or minimize it.
RightNOW Plumbing provided excellent service from start to finish. Their secretary was pleasant, responsive, and great at communication. Andy, the plumber, was outstanding—professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He replaced my water heater, installed a 50-gallon direct vent unit, replaced a compression stop, and handled the sink, disposer, and dishwasher. Everything was done correctly and on time. Highly recommend RightNOW Plumbing and Andy!
