Not a happy customer, will NEVER return to this salon. I went in for a cut down and color change with a design on 2 nails. The gentleman who did my nails did not understand a single word I was saying. Needless to say, I did not get a design. The tables where you sit to get your nails done, look like they were hand made, the chairs did not move and the cushions were very worn. Walking to the back room to wash your hands was like maneuvering a mine field. You had to weave between those getting pedicures, and I was there around dinner time so they were cooking in the back room which stunk. I ended up paying $30 for a cut and color change, I can get a full set at a classier... read full review

My friend showed me a picture of her friend's eyelashes that Stephanie at princess nail shop and they look HORRIBLE. They are long, no shape just wild everywhere. She was charged $100. But she didn't know it was going to cost her $100. People I am telling you, this lady was in tears. This place is horrible. Stephanie always change her prices and lies about it. Yes, she can do some cute designs but she will do them and hike her prices before you know it you will be paying almost a $80 to $100 just for your nails. Ladies that I encountered from work church or drive thru windows would say they use to go there but they rush to much, they are dirty, and overpriced.... read full review

I normally don't go to this salon however a friend asked me to go with her and I was severely disappointed. I went there once before and was slightly disappointed so I thought maybe it was just a fluke. First, she didn't take care of my real nails before putting the gel nails on. Second, I noticed she spent more time watching the surveillance cameras or some kind of videos on her phone instead of paying attention to my nails. Several of them ended up looking like they already needed to be filled in because she didn't go all the way down to the cuticle like she supposed to.
