Not a happy customer, will NEVER return to this salon. I went in for a cut down and color change with a design on 2 nails. The gentleman who did my nails did not understand a single word I was saying. Needless to say, I did not get a design. The tables where you sit to get your nails done, look like they were hand made, the chairs did not move and the cushions were very worn. Walking to the back room to wash your hands was like maneuvering a mine field. You had to weave between those getting pedicures, and I was there around dinner time so they were cooking in the back room which stunk. I ended up paying $30 for a cut and color change, I can get a full set at a classier salon for $45-$60 with a design. I guess I learned my lesson.

I always get a Mani Pedi eyebrows. The staff is excellent and Tracy is awesome. So are the rest of the nail techs I've had most of them. I'm always grateful if they knew what I did they'd be surprised my nails last so long but they do, they do such a grest job!! I read some of the other reviews but I can only speak for me. I'm sorry you're not as happy and satisfied and grateful as I am. Thank you so much for fitting me in and always mostly at the last minute.Semper FidelisAnnette

I appreciate they had me wash my hands going in. Good to know they are following COVID protocols. We picked out our colors and gave Stephanie some creative freedom and she did a great job. check out @Stephanienailartdesign on IG!
