First time being seen. Customer service by the front desk personnel was welcoming and professional. Very willing to make the experience a pleasant one. Was seen on time for my appointment. Per the referral sent, the moles that needed to be addressed. The procedure to remove them, was done efficiently and instructions for after care was given. The PA and the nurse assistant were professional and gave me the best experience of new medical personnel in a long time.
Everyone was so kind and helpful. The care I received was exceptional. I wasn’t rushed, all of my questions and concerns were answered. Treatment was completed and I’m very very happy with the services I received. Thank you!
Great experience again with Pinnacle staff... From the lady named Kayla, that work hard to get me an early appointment, to Shannon who was by my side during the full skin cancer screening. Michael Disimone, PA-C, who did the full examine with great bedside manner.
