Thanks to the awesome staff of Healthy Beginnings, I’m far along my wellness journey. I’m down 63lbs and counting. I get more restful sleep, I have more energy, I hurt less, my cognitive processing has improved, and my chemical levels are finally balanced - which has greatly improved my family and social lives. As a man, it can be difficult to ask for help - but when you break a bone, or have pneumonia, you see a doctor - the same logic should be applied to your chemical levels.
