When working with a new company there are a lot of unknowns. Trae with Peak Incentives was very knowledgeable about his products. He was able to help us fine tune our design, explained the production process from start to finish, and help us with establish a hot item sales page for online orders. Trae and his crew definitely made the process easy for our large order and by far was our highest sought-after shirt in recent years. We hope to do more business with Peak Incentives in the future.

Recently placed an order for customized fleece jackets for my business. Trae Taylor, owner of Peak incentives, made a Herculean effort to provide me with pricing and options so that all my partners would be happy with the final product. Ordering was easy and Trae made sure to clarify the numbers before placing the final order with his manufacturer. All jackets arrived on time and as promised. Pricing was very reasonable and seemed even more of a bargain when the high level of customer service was considered.
