I’ve been coming to North River for a long time.
Dr. Ryan Bailey is great, he takes time to listen and explains in detail what is going on with your teeth, he is very thorough.
No complaints, I also want to mention he has a great staff, very friendly.
In my opinion, North River Dental is the premier dental practice in Fredericksburg. I discovered them while seeking a second opinion for a broken tooth that my previous dentist insisted needed extraction. Dr. Bailey’s office is immaculate, modern, and equipped with wonderful patient-focused amenities. Beyond the excellent clinical care, the staff is exceptionally warm and welcoming, treating patients like friends. While I am tempted to keep this fantastic office a secret, they highly deserve a five-star recommendation.
Dr. Bailey and his team are outstanding! He made it a point to explain what he was doing as he went along. He routinely checked to see if I was comfortable and if I needed a quick break. A caring team of professionals who I am comfortable with!
