From the moment I walked in, everyone was fast, friendly, and welcoming. I always get anxious when I have to go for a DOT physical, and my blood pressure tends to rise at doctor’s appointments. However, the nurse who took care of me was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, making me feel completely at ease. It was honestly the most relaxed medical experience I’ve ever had. Even the receptionist at check-in was friendly, patient, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a DOT physical or occupational health services!
Been here a few times and every time it’s the waiting game. It’s not busy but always takes forever to be seen. Only one more person in the front.
They called me in at my appointment time but almost an hour, I’m still waiting for the doctor in the exam room. I just don’t get it. If you’re in a hurry, please go somewhere else.
Appointment scheduled for 6:00 PM on a Wednesday, but not called back until 6:20 PM with only 1 person in front of me. Not sure if making an appointment helped me be seen any faster. Process for check in and payment was smooth. Staff was friendly. Appreciate the CDL physical completion and sending to DMV with only two days left before expiration.
