Lees Hill Imaging has some of the most caring staff. The wait times are a little past your time of arrival, but once you go back, you only wait for about 15 more minutes. They had lockers to put your personal items in during your procedure. They also give you a card with all the names of the staff who helped you, which is nice to have when they send out the survey about a month later. I wish they would send the survey out sooner so that the staff coukd get more positive reviews and the accolades they have coming to them. I had an ultrasound done here on my kidney the other day.I’d like to thank the receptionists and my ultrasound technician Carlos for the exceptional service and care that I received. I had a wonderful conversation with my ultrasound technician Carlos. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He mentioned that he had over 25 years experience. I highly recommend Lees Hill Medical Imaging….. See you at Publix Carlos. Muchas Gracias
Ok let me explain first because normally I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it!
I have to say they have a very small amount of handicapped spaces. Otherwise you usually end up needing to park around the building since it is a shared with an ED and other offices, it remains fairly busy. People are very nice and usually fairly helpful.
I had a recent visit to have two test done and they only did one due to something as simple as needing the second order since I didn't have a copy.?♀ This would be completely fine if anyone had told me so I could spend the time I arrived early getting it sent to them electronically!
