    The billing department's log keeping is unacceptable-- MIFB somehow cannot make a single transaction and visit match what is billed to insurance, the statement issued for your payment, and their OWN RECORDS. They will bill insurance multiple times in duplicate, incorrectly charge co-insurance, refunds are wrong and delayed (by law this is required within 30 days), and follow up statements are issued in duplicate demanding overpayment (which again do not match insurance or pre-payments made). MIFB will NOT return your calls, escalate, or come to a resolution even when your insurance gets involved and calls directly to resolve.

    I have never had a professional office call me and ask me to do their job. The office called saying that the doctor told them not to call again and they were yelled at by the PACT Urgent care facility, I called to get what imaging needed, I had to call back to get a new order sent, finally I received a text telling me to call and schedule the appointment. When I called, they said they were waiting on the doctors office to call the insurance company for authorization!! This has been going on for two days. Neither of these places, the Urgent care or the Imaging office works with the other and the patient is the one who suffers. I am going to the ER.

    Lees Hill Imaging has some of the most caring staff. The wait times are a little past your time of arrival, but once you go back, you only wait for about 15 more minutes. They had lockers to put your personal items in during your procedure. They also give you a card with all the names of the staff who helped you, which is nice to have when they send out the survey about a month later. I wish they would send the survey out sooner so that the staff coukd get more positive reviews and the accolades they have coming to them. The girl who did my IV was flawless on these rolly veins I have. She was totally professional and got the job done quickly and effortlessly. The other girl helped me get set up for my test, making sure I was comfortable and had music I liked to listen to. She kept me informed as to how much longer the test was throughout the procedure.

    The Lee's Hill Medical Imaging and Mary Washington location are the only two that have the closed MRI machines now, to my knowledge. The other ones have open MRIs, which is important if you get claustrophobic or if you are having a Brain MRI. Brain MRI's receive the best results in the closed machine.

    I had an ultrasound done here on my kidney the other day.I’d like to thank the receptionists and my ultrasound technician Carlos for the exceptional service and care that I received. I had a wonderful conversation with my ultrasound technician Carlos. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He mentioned that he had over 25 years experience. I highly recommend Lees Hill Medical Imaging….. See you at Publix Carlos. Muchas Gracias

    Worst hospital…I went to an urgent care near my home and they referred me to this hospital to get an X-ray and either a splint or a case to put on but they didn’t do either. The only thing they did was take an X-ray and sent me home without any actual help or treatment plan. I have yet to receive any information about my images as well, I do not recommend this hospital because they don’t help the people who are hurt and seeking immediate medical treatment.

    Ok let me explain first because normally I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it!

    I have to say they have a very small amount of handicapped spaces. Otherwise you usually end up needing to park around the building since it is a shared with an ED and other offices, it remains fairly busy. People are very nice and usually fairly helpful.
    I had a recent visit to have two test done and they only did one due to something as simple as needing the second order since I didn't have a copy.🤦‍♀ This would be completely fine if anyone had told me so I could spend the time I arrived early getting it sent to them electronically! However I am in a questioning and changing clothes room when I realize they only have the one order. She says to me you can call your MD if you want to. 😆 then she takes me to locker room and has me lock ALL my belongings away! At what point of course I couldn't call anyone now! So I waited patiently with a whole lot of pain but mustering through the entire time. So when I go back to the testing room I observed 4 more employees 😑. How foolish am I to think one may have time to contact my MD, or the at least 3 registration gals in front! I now can not use my regular testing monitor until they do my 2nd test! So yes had to drop a ⭐️!

    This imaging center is outstanding. I had a CT scan this morning with Technologists Jowanoa and Alex. Both with prior military service, one with the Army and one with the Navy. They are both outstanding professionals and represent Mary Washington Health Care superbly.
    They informed me during each phase of my CT scan and made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the procedure.
    This is an outstanding team from check in to procedure, and check out. Well done all.

    They will tell you that you only have to pay a certain amount for copay and that's it and then an month late you receive bills that amount to over $1000 lies lies lies don't go there .That's no good.Im definitely disputing this bill or im taking this to court!!!! Because if they hadn't lied and said it was gonna be this much i would not have went there

    The experience for the MRI I got itself was actually amazing. What was horrific was the scheduling department they did not notify me that they could not do the MRI I was supposed to receive then they told me that I was supposed to hear from the techs. Which I did not. Called the supervisor and was given the run around about procedures need to be followed. Why would you even allow a patient to schedule an appt that your facility cannot support and allow them to wait weeks to find out? Sad experience because it was so positive in person. Something needs to be done instead of letting patients wait weeks and scheduling them for procedures your facility clearly cannot support.
