Came here for labs after fasting. Was turned away at 1500, because apparently the lab closes at 1400 even though there are still people in the waiting area waiting to get labs. Please update the internet to inform people of the disparity in your hours. We deserve better.

This facility is empty. We were really looking forward to utilizing this facility and not having to make the two hour trip to the Richmond VA facility. However, most clinics are not available so access to care continues to be a challenge.

Cannot get a single person to pick up the phone here. I have tried several times to get ahold of someone to do a transfer from San Diego VA clinic and it always goes to a voice mail. That or it rings until the call disconnects. Unacceptable level of care and I haven’t even been inside yet.

If you wonder why Veteran's don't trust the VA, try the Massaponax VA Clinic. If you want to retire and still work, get employed here. IMO, I think the doctors are suspect and the Director makes excuses for poor care and service. I also think the nurses are lazy, but I'm just a 20-year Veteran who expects the same quality of medical care that civilian medical facilities provide. Oh, and if you are a minority expect unwarranted drug tests during 50% of your medical visits (just because). Unbelievable what Congress will pay for to support a community.

Doesn’t answer the phone. Extremely long wait times if you decide you have 3 hours of your day to be on hold, then you’ll just get transferred somewhere else. A never ending cycle. Takes months to get seen. I’m so proud to of served for such excellent service. They don’t care you prescriptions run out. They just want to hurry out of the office. They work really long hours. 2:30pm is a lot to handle

Good luck getting hold off someone at this place, specially if you are stuck in traffic and late for your appointment. You will be number 3 in que for 45 minutes.

I am very satisfied with my visit/experience here today. Doctor Mencias not only listened to all my concerns, he noticed my eczema and said “ let’s get you better “ even though I didn’t come here for that. The staffs are very polite and helpful.
