A first-time facial client from Georgia expressed initial fears but was put at ease by the front desk agent, Annabel, who explained the process and what to expect. The client was given water while waiting and felt much better about the visit. Overall, Massage Envy offers a great experience with excellent service and professionalism.
The process of scheduling and checking out was seamless. My massage was great, I had mentioned the points that hurt the most and I had most of the attention there and it worked! I will definitely return.
Visiting from Georgia, went in afraid, had never had a facial before, i expressed concerns to front desk agent annabel and she was very patient explaining the process and what to expect, gave me water while i waited, she made me feel much better about the visit! Had the facial with Camy, loved her attention to detail. 10/10
Shout out to Orlando for a wonderful massage. I've had two outstanding therapists at massage therapy, who have since left. Orlando did not disappoint, quite the opposite in fact.
