Mary Washington Urgent Care provides efficient and caring service from start to finish. The staff is kind, thoughtful, and genuinely concerned for patients' well-being, even in difficult situations. The facility is clean, and the care is highly recommended by patients and even a registered nurse.
Absolutely amazing staff and group of people working at this urgent care. Everyone is very patient, kind, helpful, and they listen very well. Nurse was amazing today and doctor was amazing as well. I highly recommend this urgent care. Thank you for all the help you have given us so far.
I went during prime time on Saturday, so I knew it would be a wait. I was in and out in exactly 2 hours, which was reasonable considering there was one physician on duty. Everything about the experience- aside from being sick- was extremely positive. The care was exceptional.
Key things to note
1. Sometimes only ONE provider on site, so waiting times can be long
2. If you need to be seen in less than an hour, or are not willing to possibly wait an hour GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Despite waiting about an hour after my initial check in time, I still had a good experience at the Urgent Care off of Plank Road. I'm used to waiting 2 hours or more at Urgent Cares and ERs, so the wait time didn't bother me I just read. The receptionist, whom I unfortunately forgot her name, was very sweet and kind.
