The team was incredibly friendly and took a personal interest in my prized possession. Extremely knowledgeable in their craft and were communicative during the process. Were able to remove a heavy stain that had set, and the rug looks & feels like the first day I purchased it. Thanks for taking great care of us!
Can't say enough positives regarding this company. 4 greys so have issues. My rugs look and smell like new. Prices are realistic. Was expecting to pay way more. Spectacular service! We had 3 big dirty rugs cleaned and had some fringe repair. The rugs all look great and the repair work was spot on. We are very pleased with the service and reasonable price.
