We found Loving Touch when my newly adopted dog needed some dental surgery, which our original vet provided a very expensive quote for. I was thrilled when I found that Loving Touch offers a flat rate dental package, with all the important things like x-rays, pain relievers, post surgery follow up, and a quality staff!

We've now been to their office 5 times! Everyone there is kind, helpful, and compassionate. Our newest had to have 11 teeth removed and an oronasal fistula repaired. We were a bit scared, but the procedure went fine, we received great updates, and they followed up with us over the phone and in person!

There have been multiple times where I've felt they were incredibly honest with us, and didn't just try to get more money. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Laura and the team at Loving Touch.

In addition to fair prices and honesty, I also appreciate that someone answers their phone and has time to speak when I call. I'm not placed on hold, and there aren't endless phone menus to navigate. Thank you for providing such great care for our dogs!

This clinic is professional and kind to my animals. I want to especially thank Rheanna for being so helpful today. She was patient and thorough with all the instructions for my kitten's new medications.

If I could give negative stars I would!

My dog was brought here by a groomer who cut her tongue while giving her a haircut. I understand accidents happen but my dogs tongue required stitched which means it was pretty bad. Upon arriving we were put in the room with the groomer who cut and transported my dog to the vet! I was very irritated at this and it made me uncomfortable but I dealt with it.

Second red flag was the fact that I heard my dog bark/scream/howl I don’t know what to call it because I’ve never heard her make that sound in my life! Turns out she was barking over seeing “another dog” which I just dismissed cause at this point I was still processing all the blood I was seeing on my dogs snout. They brought her to me to explain why she was sounding like that so this was the first interaction since getting call from groomer.

Third and final red flag was the staff member who came in our room and directly told the groomer she “needed her” and they both walked out.

It was AFTER the groomer came back to tell us,the OWNERS of the pet who is being seen, that the staff needed her to cut more of my dogs facial hair to properly put stitches in.

Wait what!!!??? Why was I not asked if I was ok with the groomer doing this?!? The groomer just came in, and possibly due to negligence! I am still investigating that part…so why would you re traumatize my dog?!? Loving touch where?! That is unprofessional and unethical and just morally wrong to not have a conversation with us first and this hospital likely doesn’t have groomers just hanging out in waiting rooms so what do you all do in other time? I will let EVERYONE know about this place. I got a call from the vet saying the hospital was reaching out to her about my dogs recovery, yet we haven’t received not ONE call from them. What a joke. Take your furry loved ones somewhere else that cares and supports the owners and the pets.

My family has been bringing our dog here for awhile now. He’s prone to infections and has chronic allergies. Every time we take him to Loving Touch, we are not allowed inside the building, they just take your pet and you are expected to wait in your car or outside and cannot go into the exam room. They don’t give you a clear explanation, diagnosis, or treatment plan but instead charge you an expensive amount. The treatments or whatever they do (I wouldn’t know because we have to wait outside) also seem ineffective. Just the way the practice is run is a bit odd and suspicious. I would think twice about bringing your pet here, especially if they have chronic illnesses.
