Absolutely amazing spot, they definitely know what they are doing, communication is awesome, they explain everything to you very well, what the problem is, what is needed for the repair and also other components that are going bad that could lead to future problems, they also give you lots of options for the repair, very friendly and kind staff and the best prices you will find in the area, will definitely continue to keep coming back for my computer repairs, highly recommend them!!!

I've been to almost all the PC repair places Fredericksburg over the course of several years living here and at heart and soul computers is where you want to go for any computer related issues.
I had a motherboard issue I couldn't fix and with no smugness nor attitude they promptly solved my issue in a timely manner and friendly disposition.
I literally cannot say the same for the other two PC repair places I've brought business to the past few years.
At no point was I haggled for extra work nor pressured into anything extracurricular.
