Great experience. Friendly customer service very helpful. They helped me at the purchase screen with my card, which is very helpful for people that have a hard time doing that. I had an amazing experience today! I’ve been a loyal client for a few years and have always had great service. Today I was assisted by a young man named Evan. Evan worked diligently to find knob that was sucked up by the vacuum. A replacement would have been pricey but Evan saved the day! Thanks Evan

I had a great experience today at Go Car Wash, and I want to specifically recognize Evan for outstanding customer service.
I mentioned that one of the vacuums didn’t have strong suction, and Evan immediately stepped in to help. Even though it was close to closing time and he was clearly busy wrapping things up for the day, he took the time to listen carefully to my concern, opened up the vacuum line, and cleaned out the suction pipe thoroughly.
