This was my first visit with Dr Brown, and I'm glad that I wasreferred to her, she takes her time and listens to your concerns.I was disappointed with the check-in. When I arrived for my firstvisit there were two window open, so I went to the first opened window only to be told to go to the second window, the nextperson also did the same as me. When I heard the woman atthe first window, tell the one who checked me in make theremark "Maybe I need to put up a Neon sign, so they won'tkeep coming to this window". Dr Brown has been my doctor for approximately 20 years. She is a doctor who listens to you, actually listens. Never once have I left her office without my health concerns taken care of. At times I have needed an emergency appointment in which her staff worked me. If you are looking for a doctor who you can count on, she's the one! Much respect for her and her office.
