I dropped in to CrossFit Retro while on vacation in lake Anna and can’t say enough good things! It was 100% worth the drive, the equipment in the gym is top notch and the members/coaches were extremely welcoming and friendly. If you’re in the area I recommend stopping in!
10/10 recommend anyone looking to try CrossFit. Even with an athletic background, some of these movements can seem overwhelming but the coaches at Retro break everything down & truly teach every class. I feel supported in my fitness goals here.
