I’ve tried multiple gyms of different shapes and sizes, this CrossFit gym is hands DOWN the best gym I have ever been to. The atmosphere is amazing, the people are so kind and welcoming and every day is a new adventure. It is not a “clicky” gym full of “CrossFit bro’s.” it is a gym where we cheer each other on, treat others with kindness and celebrate everyone’s personal milestones. The coaches are all amazing, the owner Nick clearly loves his gym and it is seen through the atmosphere here. I would recommend any age, shape and fitness level to try the gym out!
12 Gauge is great. Amazing facility, top of the line equipment and great family oriented environment. Outstanding coaches who push you to reach your fitness goals. Super clean and comfortable gym for everyone! I highly recommend!
