From the moment we walked in to set up services for our son, Chuck (or Charles A. Cooper, Jr), we met only smiling, loving and caring folks. Chuck, our 66-year-old son born with Down Syndrome, had passed away the night before at the Lily Rose Residential Home where he’d been living for about 7 months. The Covenant staff (Carla and others) were not only professional, but extremely kind and supportive during the process of planning my mother’s service, from 4 hours away! They made the process smooth and comforting, taking care of all the details.

Covenant did a beautiful job with my mother. Mom had been sick with cancer and by the time she passed, had lost a tremendous amount of weight and looked horrible. I had asked for a closed casket because I didn't want her remembered that way. They made her look peaceful and healthier than she'd looked in two years. Thank you Covenant for giving me a wonderful last memory of my mother.
