Will update later. Moved to Fredericksburg area back in 2018 and been pretty much going to my favorite person, however she's in Culpeper. Been looking to get established with one closer. Since then whenever needed to get my hair cut have tried two or three times to book an appointment with Cool Looks because of all the great reviews. Have only spoken once. Only get haircut every 6-8 months depending on financial situation. Hope to book an appointment at some point with Cool Looks. If need someone to man the front desk then I'm actively job searching and can start anytime. May help relieve some of your stress and improve your customer service even more. Just... read full review

I always. ALWAYS get my nails with Lillian!!! I been to other nail places too but i really like her the best. Get nail from Lillian!! U will love it ! Trust me! :))

I travel over 50 miles in traffic to have my hair cut/colored and eyebrow tattooing. Lisa has been only person I've allowed to touch my hair after a bad experience with another local salon about 5 years ago (my hair was severely damaged and broke off). Couldn't recommend Cool Looks enough!
