The vans are top notch, but what really sets this place apart is Mike Mercier. This man is so damn charming and deeply knowledgeable in ways that go way beyond what you can find online. I wish I could buy everything from him!
Purchased my first RV—a Class C Jayco Melbourne—from Campers Inn of Fredericksburg, and the entire experience was outstanding. As a first-time RV owner, I had a ton of questions, but the team was personable, patient, and genuinely helpful from top to bottom.
Michael, our sales rep, spent a ton of time with us, walking us through the process and helping us find the perfect RV for our family. Mark, the owner, was fantastic, and James in finance made things easy and transparent. Amy and Bob in service are super friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We purchased our travel trailer from them and they have been there for us for everything. Amy is outstanding such an awesome person who is helpful and friendly. We will continue to only go here for our camper needs and when we purchase out next RV. if you want honestly, professionalism and to feel valued this is the place to go!
