Massaponax Caliber Collision is the best location! My car door looks amazing, like brand new! Dusty made the process painless, I never had to call the store to ask what was up with my car. She took initiative and let me know before I could even wonder— something that is rare nowadays! I have had a bad experience with the Lafayette location, however, the Massaponax location and Dusty changed me mind completely about Caliber Collision. When I picked up my card the staff was extremely friendly and even gave me after-care tips. After some jerks broke into my car, Calliber was recommended by USAA to help put it back together. I was very satisfied with the care provided by the entire team. Mike, my POC, was phenomenal and went the extra mile to communicate timelines and expectations. Mike handled any and all hiccups with grace and was a blessing during a very stressful time.
