I used C&P for a leak covered by my home warranty and their communication from start to finish was excellent. I madethe claim on a Tuesday and they reached out to me to set an appointment within minutes. They sent a very experienced technician, Troy, who was very nice, very professional and he was able to resolve the issue immediately.
My family was without hot water for over a week. Two different plumbers were unable to resolve the issue. One company (Nutech) stated that I needed to replace the water heater. In contrast, the technician from the other company said he would have to disassemble the portion of the water heater, take pictures, and send those pictures to the manufacturer to determine precisely which part needed to be replaced. C&P Plumbing correctly diagnosed the issue and repaired the water on the same day. They were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Great Company and service.
Gary from C&P Plumbing is AMAZING! Gary took the time to explain things and point out what I thought was catastrophic wasn’t so bad. On the flip side he did notice another potential problem and answered questions. EXCELLENT JOB!
