Today was my first visit as a new patient. Previously I was a patient at another local dentist for almost 30 years and got tired of the sub par care so I voted with my feet! I was cared for by Morgan and Dr. Karns. Both were professional and friendly and extremely competent. I can’t remember ever having had such a through and painless exam. The receptionist whose name I forgot to get was very professional and helpful! So glad I found Burns Family Dentistry and wished I had done so earlier!
Dr. Burns is someone who is at the top of his profession. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a Dentist. As always the staff is friendly and professional. In a personal note, I loved the care and attention of hygentist Abigail. She is Outstanding.
I have not been to a dentist in many years but I finally went because I have had two black cavities, holes really, in my front teeth. This was a new kind of dentist experience for me because they were on time, fast and very courteous. No lectures or badgering, the staff was even having a meeting about how to make the dentist experience more enjoyable before my appointment and asked the two of us that had just arrived what we would want. The best part though was that he fixed the holes in my front teeth using a laser pain free with no drill or anesthetic needed.
