My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Battlefield Homes to build our retirement home at Lake Anna. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
We first connected with Allen Harrison virtually in November 2023, sharing our vision for a waterfront home where we hoped to retire in June 2025. After previously searching online for months for the perfect floor plan, we sent Allen our favorite—and he quickly returned with thoughtful, customized plans for our review. We had never owned a home before and we were very particular about the type of builder we wanted to hire for this job. We interviewed several local builders and Battlefield Homes was far and away the very best! They provided an initial reference list of clients going back 20 years and all of them raved about this company, which says a lot. Allen and the whole team were incredible to work with from start to finish - they stayed on budget and on time, which was very important to us. They also updated us regularly, staying in touch with updates and answers to our questions, and delivered the exact home we wanted. From start to finish we couldn't have been more pleased with the building of our new home with Battlefield Homes. We had visited a couple of other builders prior to contacting Battlefield Homes but they didn't seem to have time for us, didn't return phone calls, etc. That was not our experience with Battlefield Homes! From the moment we walked in their office doors (without an appointment) they treated us as if we were their most important client and as if our needs/wants were something they would go out of their way to make happen.
