The first time I used their services for plumbing repair was great with awesome customer service. I recently called them for a copper pipe leak and left a voice-mail and I never got a call back. I described my issue, left my name and number and it was silence. I waited for three days for a call back. I ended up using a different company, but I would still recommend ASAP if you can actually get in contact with them. I won't be calling them again myself.

I have used ASAP off and on for 7 years and I haven't had a major issue with their service or pricing. I do think it would be nice if after they unclogged a toilet they would offer a sanitizing add on and not just leave the dregs in the toilet. It's kind of like when you get your car repaired some shops will give you a complimentary car wash or vacuum. But the reason for the 3 stars is because the last time I had an appointment, they did not show. They did not call, return my call ever so I had to resort to Len the Plumber. It was disappointing that they didn't call back. I thought maybe they went out of business.

I called ASAP when I had water leaking from the dining room light. They came out right away and were able to accurately diagnose the problem in no time! Water was leaking from the upstairs bathroom and has been for a while! I called my insurance to make a claim and Michael from ASAP handled the estimate and pictures required for the claim. Michael was very responsive to my questions and made the whole experience very easy for me. From the day I called for the initial inspection, it took them less than a week to come in and start repairs. They not only handled the plumbing, but they fixed the drywall, painted, and replaced everything back to it's original place. Most companies I have dealt with in the past will only handle the plumbing and I would have to call another company to fix the drywall and put the bathroom back to it's original state. Once repairs were done, Michael ensured that everything was up to standard. It looks even better than it did before! I recommend ASAP to anyone who has plumbing needs. They will forever be my go to for any plumbing needs.Services: Plumbing leak detection

Placed a service call through my home warranty company and the work order was sent to this company on 11/23/2021. Given Thanksgiving, I waited til today 12/2/2021, no call from the contractor at all. Called and talked to a guy. He said it is too far. A simple phone call would have been nice. Or cancel it with the home warranty company so they can place us with another contractor.

Placed a service call through my home warranty company and the work order was sent to this company. 48 hours later no call. Called and left message with plumbing company for update and no call. Called back to warranty company 72 hours later who was now able to get in touch with them to find out they don’t service the area. A simple phone call would have been nice it’s just common courtesy.

We've called upon Aquia Stafford Area Plumbing for help several times over the past 10+ years and they always provide excellent service. Today's issue was a slow kitchen faucet and the guy who answered the phone explained that I could probably fix it myself without paying for one of their people to come out, then he walked me through the process and patiently answered all my d*** questions. Got it fixed just like he said, nice and easy. It's another great example of why ASAP is our #1 choice for plumbers.

The owner, Bill has exceptional customer service skills. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He has a great deal of integrity and I highly respect his truthfulness and morals! We had a sewage backup at a rental property. Rather then be a money hog, Bill saved us 10k or more by simply being honest. He walked us through the process and was always available to take our calls. We are forever grateful for Bill and will recommend him to anyone looking for a great plumber.Services: Sewer repair
