Our realtor, Nicole Nance is a heaven sent to recommend my husband and I to this place to build our home! Howard helped us with our floor plans…and let me tell you…. he is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE in his job! He literally provided a plan that fit everything that we wanted…AND THEN SOME …. Earlier this week I had my first meeting with America's Home Place staff. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable and absolutely applied zero pressure. This will be my 3rd custom build and they spent 3 hours walking us through the process. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The value you get with this company is incredible. We are moving forward and can't wait for meeting #2 (hopefully later this week). This was absolutely an amazing first meeting! Bethany, Howard and Dominic were awesome to talk to.

Over the weekend we visited Americas Home Place in Fredericksburg VA, we were so pleased to meet Bethany the sales coordinator, who gave us a tour of the show room and talked to us about infinite options to customize our design.
Howard the sales manager, took the time as well to walk us thru the home-building process in great detail! not only that he also provided us more options than we knew existed.
