Amedisys Home Health Care in Fredericksburg provides high-quality home health care. The team is made up of trained professionals, including nurses, home health aides, social workers, and therapists. Reviewers describe the staff as outstanding, wonderful, professional, caring, empathetic, sincere, supportive, and very knowledgeable. The team communicated well, letting clients know when they would arrive. They did a very thorough assessment and consistently followed through with specific suggestions to improve mobility and strength. Patients gained confidence with each step, with one now walking without a walker. The staff is praised for thinking outside the box for creative therapies. The entire support team was excellent with clients and their families. Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance plans usually cover the cost for eligible patients. Clients would highly recommend Amedisys for any home care needs.
My therapist was fantastic really helped me get my leg moving. I had knee replacement. They came and did evaluation. Jennifer did that, and then Jason, was my therapist. They were very professional and they really did help me. I know I could not have gone out of the house this first two weeks first week I could hardly move so it’s nice that they could come to my home or I would’ve had to go into A recovery center. I guess a nursing home so I was lucky that I got to stay in my own home they were on time. Outstanding team! The entire support team was always professional, caring, empathetic, sincere, supportive, very knowledgeable. We could not have found a better team to work with mom. What a wonderful group of people. They communicated well with us letting us know when they would be arriving. Everyone was professional and friendly. Would recommend them for any home care needs
