We could not have had a better experience with Action Carpet Cleaners. The service reps over the phone were helpful, accommodating, kind and professional. They even went out of their way to fit our last minute service in. They also offered a military discount and were competitively priced with other local vendors. Thyler was the gentleman who came out to clean the carpets and could not have done a better job. He was personable, quick and professional. If we ever move back to the area, we would definitely choose Action again!
We had action carpet cleaners out after we had our carpets stretched. We wanted a deep clean before the holidays. We have three stories, not all carpet on main floor and we were quoted a very decent price with the understanding that it could be less or little more after tech was here. We were given a window of 9:30-10 and Thyler was here shortly after 9:30 and immediately went to work. Took about 3 hours, he even lifted a bed for us to get under. The carpets are not extremely wet after completion, they look fluffed up and so much cleaner. I’m very impressed with Action and I will be booking again in the future with the hopes of having Thyler back at my home.
They did a wonderful job cleaning our 50 year old World’s Fair family heirloom legacy carpet. Friendly, thoughtful and thorough. Thank you! Here are several images of it back in our home.
