I mean these guys told me for 5 days back to back they were going to get some thing towed for me. I waited day after day for 5 days and never even got a call from them.

I got assigned this tow company through my insurance. They do not answer the phone. I was waiting for them to tow my van for hours and they never showed . I just got a text asking for a picture my van to see the size . I sent it. The person texted ok and then after that didn't hear from them. It would have been nice if they could have let me know that they wasnt gonna get my van instead of having me wait for hours for them just not to show up at all

Me and my 5 year old were stranded with a flat tire. 1st Class towing was dispatched through our insurance roadside with GEICO. It was late at night and dark. The gentleman who came to help us was absolutely amazing. We felt safe with him. He went above and beyond when we learned that my spare tire was also flat. He towed our car all the way home at 2 am. The service was impeccable. I highly recommend them for all of your roadside/towing needs. Thanks again for taking such great care of us.

Basic logistics issues. Made an appointment through insurance. Got in contact with operator, who mixed my case up with another. No call no show with target destinations within a ~6 mile radius. Can’t see how the insurance company is at fault. Match up your case numbers— call your clients and confirm— get the truck out there— you have an hour window.

I don’t even want to leave a star but it doesn’t let you not leave anything. I’m currently waiting for roadside bc THEY TOOK THE CALL. I’m almost at 3 hrs I’ve had to call my insurance numerous times to call them bc they won’t answer after repeatedly telling my insurance they will reach out and LYING that they are 30 mins away EVERY 30 mins I call my insurance company bc then I was at close to 2 hrs. NOW I have to wait for a different company and wait ANOTHER hr on top of the almost 3 hrs I’ve been waiting bc of this poorly ran company wanting the INSURANCE PAY but not having the staff. If you know businesses this is EXACTLY what they’re doing. The tow truck driver did eventually arrive as someone from the office repeatedly texted me AFTER I complained driver was very kind I know it’s NOT his fault for the delay if anything I hope they appreciate him.

We broke down and insurance company dispatched this tow company at 8pm. It continually updated with the time going from 70-120 mins and down. They would then update that they were close getting gas and 10 mins away, then went back to being 30 mins away and the time kept increasing again. After MANY calls they finally answered and we got the same run around. They NEVER showed up. A different tow company finally was dispatched. We were unable to get home until 4am with our 2 kids that are both under 4. Absolutely disgusted with this company. They need to be shut down!!!!!!!!

I called for an estimate and decided to keep looking for another company. Got hung up on without even getting a chance to finish my sentence to say "Thank you for your time"

By far the worst automotive experience I’ve ever had. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to my request being at the start of evening rush hour but 5.5-6 hours waiting, when I’m told every 2 hours that they’re 30 minutes out is beyond unacceptable…. If you can’t make the tow don’t take the job and let someone else who can take it, take it.
Finally called another company, picked up in under 40 minutes. Avoid this company like the plague, and if you HAVE to use them. Just plan for a days wait.
