The only decent thing about this place was the customer service. Beyond that l strongly recommend you try your luck out in town. For what they charge you’d be better off making an hour commute.
They ruined a brand new dress. Lost the studs. Didn't press well with creases and folds still apparent. Just awful service. Cant reach through phone nor email either. Just flippin irksome.
Very disappointed with this alteration shop. My order wasn’t even completed by the promised due date, which was extremely inconvenient. On top of that, the quality of the work was poor and did not meet reasonable expectations. Customers should be able to trust that their orders will be completed on time and done properly. This location seriously needs better management and accountability. If the service and quality do not improve, they should consider closing.
