********attention ********Utterly Disgraceful Service from Fort Belvoir Cleaners
I am beyond frustrated with the pathetic excuse for cleaning provided at Fort Belvoir. I explicitly requested starch on my uniform, but these incompetent fools didn’t do it at all. The creases are nonexistent, proving they have zero care or professionalism. This is a complete waste of my precious time.
Fix this immediately, or bring in staff who actually take pride in their job.
Absolutely the worst customer service and communication. I was told the items would be ready in 5 days, I received a text 7 days later for pick up, went there the items weren’t ready, got told to come in the next day. When I arrived, the items still weren’t ready. I have no clue what’s going on. I’m still waiting for my uniform. I highly recommend finding another place. No apologies no explanation.
Awful service coming from the manager.
I go to pick up my clothes and they are all wrinkled and stuff left from the sewing. Came in the morning found out about it, they were supposed to called me back to give an update and they didn’t. When I come at 3pm to see what happened I talked to the manager and his response was “ no because is wrinkled means that is not clean, when you said is dirty we are talking about dirt and the shirt doesn’t have dirt and those sewing waste does not mean nothing don’t worry we will send it to clean again”
I don’t recommend this store at all.
