Even though we did not end up working with them directly, they were extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. I reached out because I needed to remove a hot-water baseboard heater, and they took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done and what the proper process should look like. You can tell they are passionate about their work and genuinely care about helping people, even when there is no guaranteed job involved. Very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend them and will be contacting them in the future.
This is hands-down the best place we've boarded our dog! She loves playing with the others and running in the huge fenced-in area! And *we* love that we get updates on how she's doing when we're away and how seriously they take the dogs' safety. I never used to feel comfortable leaving our dog when we went out of town, but now that she goes to Little River Farm, I know she's in good hands and trust leaving her in their care! A beautiful property with caregivers we trust 100%!

The quality was excellent and the price was very reasonable and I also appreciated that Andrew took the time to talk through different options to address my concerns about minimizing any collateral damage to other nearby trees. Dot did a beautiful job on my hair. I have thick hair with a natural curl and wave, so scissor cuts do not lay right with my hair. It is hard to find a stylist who will do razor cuts but Dot does and she is absolutely remarkable at it. I would recommend her salon to anyone. Very friendly and fairly priced.Service: Haircut

She truly treats each of her customers as family. She is very talented in her trade and I'd recommend her shop to everyone passing thru Floyd! This was the first time I'd ever been to her shop.
My first experience was over the phone with the receptionist. She was very understanding and compassionate. When I got there, it was a nice clean environment (didn't smell like pee at all). The wait time wasn't long. The vet took his time and let my dog get comfortable with him (my dog is normally a bit standoffish/nervous with strangers, especially males). The vet listened to all my concerns. Gave me options and information. I didn't feel judged or like they were trying to push extra services on me. And they were also very affordable. 10/10 recommend
The morning my husband called, Mr. Gibson showed up right away to determine the reason we had no water. He made an appointment to return at 9:00 am and was here exactly on time. He arrived with the replacement parts needed and had restored our water in less than 3 hours - new well pump, switch, and pressure tank. This is the best water flow we've had in such a long, long time. Great work; professional, efficient, and pleasant and reasonable price. Thank you, Mr. Gibson.

Ignore the negative ratings! Blue Ridge Florist and Gift deserves every one of the many five-star ratings here. My arrangement was stupendous; much better than I expected, and the owner bent over backwards to help me at short notice. If there were a six-star rating, I'd give it to her!
